    Flawed evolutionary technology

Everything I state can be supported by screen snap shot printouts, unfortunately I cannot attach hard copies to this post, part of the exhibits file is a few videos, please click on the below url link . ASIC is after a 9 month process going to make a decision as whether or not to launch an full investigation.

The tabled findings is my gift to all TopStockers who have previously gave feedback

I am the only person in Australia to have thoroughly examined the revolutionary electronic technology, having gathered over a 5 years period exhibits into an extensive file At a cost to the ASX of $125+ million dollars with WebIress as the contractor installing the Integrated Trading Systems (I.T.S) hardware to all 97+ stockbrokers to convert from manual to fully automated financial market. However the ASX/SFE and WebIress never tried and tested this evolutionary electronic technology under normal trading conditions during ASX business hours before being imposed upon 5 million paying Australians

This experimental electronic technology was implemented in the same way that manufactures of faulty heart pacemakers only bench tested these devises for a complete electrical circuit before global sales, when it came to the practical application of surgically fitting these devises the body dissolved the electrical joins to render the heart pacemaker useless. Neither did Dow Coring examine the effects of silicon in the body after silicon breast implant ruptures, now replaced with saline solution. Hardings, asbestos may have shifted company base to Norway to fall outside the US and Aust courts jurisdiction and secret experiments conducted on the commercialization of nicotine addiction by tobacco companies knowing nicotine causes serious health issues and death from cancer.

I have discovered and can show and prove the Australian financial market is run on the back of flawed evolutionary technology and chipset faulty algorithms for processing. For decades free to air television has been available, a continuous unbroken streaming data we receive to watch television, a similar live streaming technology was not developed for the internet Investing via Telstra's telecommunications until 2006, to watch the same TV programmes, an example is Youtube. This flawed live streaming electronic technology is not exclusively used by all major global stock exchanges, stockbrokers, derivative traders etc also by our defense forces, commercial aviation, national shipping, Banks and other applications for computerized processing which from time to time go belly up do your own research see web Quantas and Virgin computer glitches & NAB or Commonwealth bank glitches.

Inevitably with millions of trades executed on the ASX/SFE each day (incl defense force logistics, flight centers, shipping containers, EFTPOS bank central data computers )two or more client orders are sent simultaneously as electronic data over Telstra's telecommunications infrastructure and or the same data transferred between millions of chip sets within a computer a collision of data occurs the same way two vehicles enter at the same time an intersection, irregularities, anomalies, glitches or whatever term the reader wishes to use for corrupt financial market data and trading systems programming malfunctions that cause financial losses and to be deprived of a trading income through no fault of our own. One investor posts on the forum I am experiencing technical difficulties with a stock while another investor trading the same stock does not, the reason for this is that Commsec and E*trade have 7 telecommunication lines for trading between them that leads into the ASX, I explain that one line is infected while other lines are not.

Teams of ASX/SFE and stockbroker technicians are constantly placing patches over the technical hardware problems (site closed for maintenance) hardware issues that can never be fixed.like Microsoft has to constantly downloading automatic upgrades to our PC's operating systems XP PRO, Vista and Windows 7 to keep our PC's from becoming unstable and unreliable, When ever the term latency is used, for the measure in time taken for electronic data to travel from point A to B over Telstra's telecommunications infrastructure measured in milliseconds or the same data is transferred in nanoseconds for processing between chip sets within a central computer there will always be a collision of electronic data, this is the inherent flaw of the evolutionary electronic technology, and it does not matter what names the ASX. Banks, shipping, aviation etc call there systems the underlying technology remains the same

In relation to the file of exhibits screen snap shot printouts exhibits incl Youtube videos. 5 years ago there was an obstacle to first hurdle before I could print these screen snap shot printouts as all major stockbrokers like Commsec, E*trade and DirectShares have inadvertently left out printing provision facilities from there online trading platform. Corrupt financial market data and trading systems programming malfunctions can be seen on watch lists, market depth, course of trades by tens of thousands of investors. I estimate the ASX, Commsec, E*Trade, DirectShares etc are each sitting on hundreds if not thousands of investor complaints and unsuccessful claims for compensation, Unsuccessful for the reason an argument should always be supported with screen snapshot printouts as evidence. Most rationale persons take there losses and move on. I strongly recommend not one share be bought or sold without first buying a printer (

In my humble opinion not one share should be bought or sold before purchasing and connecting a printer to our PC's trading platform workstations for screen snap shot printouts as evidence of trading anomalies, that cause an investor an artificial barrier (glitches)from an objective target from being reached.

May I persuade the reader, by viewing the content of videos I have made. When it comes to lodging a claim of compensation against a stock broker and I hope it never comes to that, an argument must always be supported by evidence to have a chance of succeeding.

For $65 to $85 (incl del)a new cannon printer can be purchased from ebay or post office.

Not one stockbrokers has provisions to take screen snap shot printouts of our trading platform workstations.

In the event anomolous trading ocurrs, an argument for a claim of compensation must always be supported by a screen snap shot printout as evidence

Eazy download snapashot, save file from Bmp to Jif and look for the image in documents

Yesterdays anomolous trading on ticker code MGX should serve as a warning that not one share should be bought or sold until a printer is connected to our PC trading platform workstation as cheap insurance to support an argument for compensation.

There are many screen recording software out there, ie camstudio, snapashot,Screenhunter.

if you follow this course i STRONGLY advise NOT using a wireless printer depending on the model ( display the whole set-up in PLAIN text to the anyone passively scanning) since ALL broadcast data (over a hard to predict but a local area -- of around 300 M)can be collected an read later --decrypted if needed -- most modern LAPTOPs can decrypt medium strength encryption after finding the key --in REAL time or almost no delay . even screen shots may reveal personal data to unintended viewers . it also gives the "bad" guys another way into your computers by pretending to be your printer the trick has been used since 1980s and still works very well in many cases (big and small)

    Lol bit paranoid??

But yup your right there was an issue with HP printers recently

"On the affected models, updates have always been supplied without a digital signature," The H Security reports. "The devices will just accept and install any firmware they are given."

"A crafted print job sent from a Linux or Mac system can also, in some cases even remotely, be able to trigger a firmware update, allowing an attacker to inject code and take control of the printer," the article states.

that was 4 YEARS ago!!! and ALL hp WIRELESS printers in particular (even the big flashy corp./gov. preferred models ) however HP sub-licences and makes printers on behalf of other companies ..... your fix is the rubbish the computer industry SELLS you . you know the IP address of the printer ,the MAC addresses of your printer and computer and any passwords set (the broadcast of the set-up tells you in plain text --user names etc. every thing you need to impress your buddies and be naughty ) to be NAUGHTY you then emulate the printer by changing the settings of the attack vector to become the PRINTER (or a man-in-the middle if a high use area) since you are INSIDE the firewall and almost nobody monitors printer traffic DATA (most don't even know many top end printers have their own data storage built-in ) so if attacking the computer/network you do not send your captured data on to the printer (kinda gives you up) so the printer never gets that data --to record/print ,a little harder is to get stored printer data to display to the snooper (i haven't enquired about fully or partially deleting/writing/editing stored printer data but should be possible --if i can think of it ,somebody else has done it 99.99999% of the time).

i believe you also have been misled about the HP PRINTER problem (it seems any HP product can have its firmware written to WITHOUT question and REGARDLESS of operating system ) up until last week my "secure" transaction platform was a HP Citrix server wireless terminal looks like a laptop(full-size) but is realistically a large-screen + keyboarded mobile phone (big size --not that smart) meant to wirelessly interact with servers of of all sizes --supposedly only those using CITRIX (a unix OS owned by Micro$oft ) [notice the spelling of M..... it is the official and spell-check friendly way] . this system had all user writeable data storage removed including in the usb wireless broadband dongle and obviously

the built-in wireless physically AND software disabled and was running a live-DVD Linux (which flavour didn't matter nor version No. -- have several choices ), so in theory the only interfaces to this laptop are me, my ISP,Google and the secure financial website(s) i am communicating with ---i wish !! over a period of time attacks have tried to turn my graphic chip (Intel GMA) into a vector processor , write to the data instruction set on the CPU (nice try, already disabled the microcode update access and locked the BIOS ) run a discrete thread through my GPU , and turn my OLD logitech wired trackball mouse into a writeable DVD/WRITER. and that is the UNSUCCESSFUL stuff i have detected . since the live system doesn't tell me what my laptop is(trying) to do others .... .
