Could this be in regard to CDU and it’s BOD’s.??

Someone just wrote the following in HC. Is that right.??

And that could refers to AMG and someone running it or investing in it. If you all know what It means.

“”##Doing deals with a micro-cap company smacks of desperation to me - Lots of interesting things happening behind the scenes with the old mob having directors reported to ASIC !!##""

Would be good if it is and only good Karma coming back to bite someone in their arse. I hope that the bait will be huge and very painful indeed.

Yes B134, some time back we was informed that a few burnt holders had got together and was going to do some thing, BUT if all they did was to go to ASIC they was pi$$ing in to the wind.

You are correct. They should have gone to see and talk to someone in those Ambulance Chasers Lawyers where they would have looked into it properly and, if they were to see an opportunity they wouldn't have hesitated to take them to Court AND TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.

As for ASIC, well mate same old same old and perhaps they (ASIC) have taken the old toothless tiger to the dentist to see what they cold do to fix his gums.

I can still remember very clearly a while back in Hot Copper telling Maxw on several occasions that he had to go and talk to one of those Law Companies and that I would give him the name of the person I had spoken to in that Firm and that they were to go ahead with some proper investigation and/or suing the Company and it's Director. But guess what he never ever asked me, and he resisted me from telling him anything about them while most probably been brainwashed once again by either Roh, T4P, (let alone the famous non venomous Scorpion) and possibly the CDU people, not to take any notice of me and even putting me on ignore. He was even saying that everyone in the company were as honest as they could be while chasing the white goose around the World with all the crap that self interested people were loading in his head.

Now, I wonder what he is doing and how the poor man feel about it as I do really feel for him for what he was made to believe and left to suffer the consequences. Of course he might still be thanking all those people in the white shoes brigade which were pumping this full of mange dog and riddled with flees. Hopefully NOT.!!

You have done a really god job Roh, T4P, Scorpion ....................... let alone the famous Pharmacist and Roh's sister........NOT.!!

New Pilot, you are 100% correct in saying that part.

Just consider this and read below, which is very important, because that is all there is in everyone of the queries responses that anyone will make to ASIC.

""(Due to the unique nature of each enquiry ASIC is not able to provide interpretations or recommendations specific to some enquiries or circumstances. If you require further information please seek independent advice through an ASIC registered agent, your accountant or solicitor.)""

All in all they are telling you to go and get lost. ARE THEY NOT.?

Now if that is what you get at the bottom of any enquiry you are making with ASIC, what hope have we got.??

I think that they could very well have been the ones which taught "PONTIOUS PILATE" the act of washing his hands while others were getting ready of crucifying Jesus Christ.

    CDU unique

more like epic in the terrible sense

for example they MIGHT ask if the administrators found all the delayed accounts yet , they must be so old tell the receiver to look for carved stone slabs

doesn't CDU have the record for the longest time between reporting releases .. tell the admin to keep an eye out for that DFS or JORC as well

Couldn't have put it better myself.

Even after the RC found them to be lacking in their duties, things haven't changed much at all , If anything at all.

I am wondering at times if the Government wants it to be operating in that way so nothing much can raise it's ugly heads.

    Will something happen now.?

Will someone fly the coop and run for his/their lives.?

Read below, especially the part where the Administrator has instructed ASIC to look into the action of Directors and possibly other.:

""(On 15 April 2020, we lodged a report with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
(ASIC) pursuant to section 438D of the Act detailing potential breaches and offences committed by
the directors and officers of the Company.
Following submission of our report, ASIC has requested us to provide a supplementary report
regarding the alleged potential breaches and offences we have reported. We will report further to
    ASIC in respect of same.

And don’t forget this one either.:

""(A merger involving failed Rocklands copper mine operator CuDeco and Mt Cuthbert Resources is on the table under a proposal to be put to creditors.A phone hook-up is planned next Tuesday for creditors of CuDeco, which went into administration last year and is estimated to have debts around $190 million.A report from the administrators indicates CuDeco incurred losses every financial year from at least 2013 to 2019, totalling more than $609 million, with operations plagued by design and construction problems with the processing plant.
Former employees and small creditors (with claims less than $50,000) are being offered 64c and 24c in the dollar respectively, while CuDeco is proposed to be merged as a new entity with active copper miner Mt Cuthbert Resources under a deed of company arrangement proposed by a key lender.Mt Cuthbert Resources general manager Stewart Robinson said the potential merger deal was still in its early stages, with many details still to be worked through.“It is a very complicated situation with CuDeco. We are interested in doing a merger, we have made a formal position but at the moment it is still a work in progress, nothing is definitive,” he said.
The Mt Cuthbert Resources copper operation, formerly Malaco Leichhardt, is based around Mount Cuthbert, north-west of Cloncurry.Operations at CuDeco’s Rocklands copper mine at Cloncurry have been suspended since August 31 2018.Lenders China Tonghai International Financial Limited (CTIFL) appointed three members of FTI Consulting as receivers and managers of CuDeco in July 2019 following a strategic review of funding and restructuring options. The company entered into voluntary administration a week later, with Matthew Joiner and Jeremy Nipps of Cor Cordis appointed as administrators.)""

    And finally this one.:

Latest letter to creditors says it all:

""(No expected returns to ordinary unsecured creditors or shareholders. Based on our enquiries to date, it is not anticipated that any property of the Company will be available in the winding up from the receivership.
Further, it is not expected that any recoveries from the possible recovery actions and potential voidable transactions will be sufficient to enable payment of a dividend to ordinary unsecured creditors of the Company. Should this position change, creditors will be notified accordingly.
Shareholders of the Company will shortly be notified that their shareholdings have no value, for tax purposes pursuant to section 104-145 of the Income Tax Assessment Act, as amended.)""

Thank you Linesmen, thank you Ballboys and thank you to the Directors and Judges too.

Oh yes, and don't forget to thank Roh, his sister, his pharmacist, Scorpion the Nev, ON THE WAY OUT, and yes, while you are at it, don't forget to thanks T4P too.

So, even if those recovery actions will succeed, none of the shareholders, let alone other creditors will end up with a cent.

ZERO, ZILCH, NADA. In the meantime some of them have been allowed to move somewhere else and restart from where they finished off. Just like water on a duck's back and possibly even with the blessings of our regulators.

Yep we have good and fair Laws in Australia.............NOT. The big end of Town wins and the Mums and Dads Investors are been bled dry.

Thank you ASIC and thank you ASX for doing what you did......................NOTHING.

But it need a Zealous Investigator and ASIC might not be interested in appointing one either.

By the look of their response they have already handed the bat back to the Administrator to do the work instead of doing what they are supposed to be doing themselves.

Obviously the leopard (ASIC), hasn't changed his previous spots which were found to be severely wanting during the Royal Commission.

On the other hand, who knows, they might be hoping that it will all go away because something might come out and prove that they failed in their duties, and we wouldn't want that.would we.!!!.

What about the one where the BOD's voted all in favour of releasing the Chinese from any obligations and warranties for supply us with some crap processing plant and what it ended up costing the shareholders.??

Just keep a sharp eye out and see who will end up with the whole lot of this Cloncurry mine and equipment for a song and a dance.

Someone ended up with all the assets owned by CDU subsidiaries already, haven't they.??

Hope that the Administrator will come down hard on that.
