Horizon Oil CEO Being Investigated for Corruption and Bribery

Horizon Oil has established an independent committee to investigate the corruption and bribery allegations regarding its dealings with a Papua New Guinea company almost a decade ago, with CEO Michael Sheridan suspended.

I can see this happening to CT&P now as when the media gets hold of a story like this they want to print more on other companies doing the same thing.

This is just the beginning of the problems Horizon Oil CEO will face and I can see a story coming out about CT&P concerning some past and current directors with the same media people and others...

Just give the media a month to get going on Horizon and then a very good time to introduce CT&P to them

The other Horizon Board members did the right thing so not to have themselves implicated in the corruption and bribery. This is what the other CT&P directors should be doing before it’s too late for them...or is it already too late?

If I was that Scumbag Cottee, I would be hiding out in the UK to try to avoid all the sh@t headed his way. Oh wait. He is!

Poor dumb bunny little Leon is left holding the bag...

This announcement of a Horizon investigation should have a few directors here and there a tad nervous. I can think of a few.

Santos, selling cheap gas overseas, and expensive gas to Australians.

Shows their morality and the fact they sto, don't give a .uck about CTP share holders.

Leon Devaney should be reading them the riot act, although seems deals are done to keep those in charge in a more than comfortable lifestyle, as long as they don't rock the boat.

What do you think JH, if you still read these posts ?.

There is a lot more to that story that the punters will never know about, Oil/Gas company's are untouchable.

pilots, exporting cheap gas OS, and then importing it for Australian use at expensive rates, does not make sense, and our Govt should not allow this.

Yes it should Rawali, but are they doing something about it.??

Not in your wildest dreams. Especially when on top of the fuel and gas levies there is a GST 0f 10% added to the sale price which increases for every price raise.

Pilot et all, Someone had the great idea of getting us set up with the price of fuels with Singapore. Now Singapore is who is setting our fuel prices, not us.
