Copper bounced back above $6,000 per tonne in early trading on the London Metal Exchange on Thursday in what was described as a confusing market. There are some major funds out there with pretty big hands in this market and they seem to be bullying around the market, a category I trader told MB. Three-month copper opened at $6,060 before rising to a high of $6,125 per tonne by 09:12BST. This compares with Wednesdays official price of $5,944.5/45 per tonne. "Its so confusing, yesterday summed it up perfectly aluminium dropped below $1,900 and copper fell to $5,800 only to rebound on no real news, the trader said
