The things to start collecting now, to earn a lot of money later...
just in case M2K isn't up to date in new trends ( wink )
Always on trend my friend ... art tracks gold
Value for money in the art world is still Shepard Fairey ... he sells his limited edition prints for $30 and they instantly ten bag onto ebay to be resold for $300 ... if you're extremely lucky you can score a 50-print run large print for $1000 that instantly 50-bags ( mine is his image of his wife ... its called Peace and Justice Woman, I wouldn't sell it for less than $100k ... actually, double that )
I was lucky enough to find a good art agent with great contacts who rents art onto corporate walls ... its a great earn, 8-12% pa yield + capital gains ... that keeps me in oatmeal plus in a few years I can flip them if I need the money ... DYOR on that first, its a dangerous world ... friends can always DM for free advice
with the AUD sliding, the best thing is buying local & selling to USD ... i'll be doing another buy trip to the desert as soon as lock down ends ... dm if interested
Fuck you are full of shit Mucus. You life on TS is littered with bullshit stories. You know nobody, you are a nobody. Your idea of art is the T-shirt you owned as a teenager that you blew all your semen into. It went that crusty it could stand up by itself. You called it Mucus shots by Mucus.
Only question is how did you get hold of your little pecker?
Renting art onto corporate walls is a great little earner ... 8-12% yield paid monthly + the capital gain on the art work
find a good agent (dm for mine) though bear in mind they add a commission so you might need to hold them for five years or more, to cover that. if you pick the artist well though, there's no wait ... I recently bought two at $32000 each and later that month (March) the artist set an auction record of $42000 with a piece from the same series ... that effectively values mine at the same price, so a 20% gain for the month
liquidity might put people off, it takes up to six month to find the right auction to offload a piece, eg Menzies in Melbourne only has a couple of art auctions each year
why stop at Sco-Mo , plenty on deserving pin cushions
Numbnuts '15 employees' at his recent BBQ. LOL....Some were not invited for social distancing reasons. The rest needed to be washed for a very strange reason - before making their appearance. His employees are kept in his 'hope chest' in his penthouse....actually his mother's attic, along with her underwear - and that of his neighbourhood.
The only thing you are capable of smashing - is your micro-dick with tweezers.....be careful.....you may be a woman even quicker than you want to be.
